Welcome to The Buttercup!
(We suggest using Internet Explorer 6.x with Resolutions of 1024 x 768 for best results.)
The Buttercup has grown far beyond its humble beginnings as a farmer's market, where Great Grandma Martha Snyder (photo & tribute below) sold corn and tomatoes at the end of the lane. We now have many more products and services to offer in addition to our wonderful, seasonal produce. As always, our harvests include asparagus, tomatoes, beans, squash, pumpkins, gourds, and potatoes. And, we are famous for our amazing strawberries (pick-your-own) and Incredible brand corn.
The Buttercup now offers a full line of distinguished and specialty bakery items through our famous Buttercup Bakery. We specialize in cakes, cupcakes, fresh fruit pies, muffins, cookies, breads, brownies, sticky buns, pastries, bear claws and croissants. See our holiday baked goods deadlines below.
In addition, we have become known for our Gift Hay Loft, featuring our impressive collection of antiques, candles, floral arrangements, seasonal flowers and plants, and our brand new line of fine hand-made jewelry by Lisha Suzanne.
Feel free to browse our many wonderful products and services by clicking on the buttons on our barn. We're open year round, so be sure to check our Calendar of Events for upcoming attractions and hours of operation.
Great Grandma Martha Snyder (1905-2002)
